I'm bummed about this Curt. I want one so I can use it to tour the estate---I've been putting far too many miles on the Packard---plus dem narrow tires is compacting the soil

I'm with ya bro. That manual transmission would be pretty cool and there is no denying that drivetrain, suspension, fuel delivery, and interior are superior in modern rigs. But I can still run the same tires on my 50 year old junk.
The list of cannibalization in the last few weeks: axles front and rear x2, drivelines, brake lines, steering, winch, bumpers front and rear, fuel tank, 2 sets of twin sticks on d20, 2 d20 output shafts, 2 speedo cables, tuffy console, and 1 1/2 brake light switches. The broken off cotter pin in the brake light switch is kicking my butt.
All to have a vehicle that can't hold a candle to a raptor.

I'm going to town to buy gear oil today and hopefully a $15 brake light switch. Took 2 cans of oven cleaner and 3 cans of spray paint .....oh and about $50 of oxy/acet because my good buddy welded the rear bumper to the frame real good I did find 3 tools in the bottom of the console.
I did have the donor vehicle, but I consider that one fully depreciated knowing what it's been thru. Now what to do with it?
