    Sad indeed as Ilion guns have an illustrious history...It's similar to S&W moving to Tennessee, but completely understandable in light of the political climate above the Mason/Dixon line......Ben

    I had a lot of them and loved everyone

    My most prized was my 700 ADL in 7 mm Rem Mag with a 2 3/4 x 10 Weatherby scope. Together we made memoires from the tundra of Alaska to the marsh lands of Labrador----and lots of places in between. The gun is gone to someone else---but not the memories nor the trophies that hang on the walls

    Wow - started with flintlocks. It'd be nice if they saved some of the original structures.
