    Wagyu beef chili

It's cold and wet out so why not make some chili?

Mmmm... chocolate - hadn't thought of that as an ingredient.

I don't think that I could bring myself to make chili with Wagyu beef

At the price of Wagyu I want to be able to stare at it, season it gently, cuddle it and hold it close before placing it gently in a skillet with fine Irish butter for a few minutes on one side, turn it over as I talk to it lovingly as I start the other side and braze it with brown butter just a little bit before I let that piece of heaven slide down my throat in small pieces with plenty of time to savor the gift between bites.

Dave it was Wagyu chuck roast from Costco at $9.99/ pound. I have no problem making that into Chili

But the chuck roast had that kind of marbling and it literally melted in my mouth. Best Chili I have ever made.

Hmmm... don't think I've seen that highly rated beef for sale here. 'Course, I live on the West side (considered the cheap seats of our valley).
