Remembered advice from my long ago drinking days...

If you get pulled over for suspicion of DWI and the police officer asks you to say the alphabet starting with M, the correct response is "m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z"...
    NOT "Malphabet"...

    You're welcome......Ben

I fear that I would be asked to say the alphabet backwards, I can’t do that on my best day..

Did see a YouTube where a defense attorney asked a police officer to say the alphabet backward after the officer sited it as a reason that the defendant was charged with dwi..

The roadside tests for drunken driving are getting ridicules . The last one I took , I had to fold a fitted sheet .

well you silly man, you forgot to add "the". you should have replied "mthealphabet". also you should have asked the nice officer to kindly hold your beer so you don't spill it.

Another time, after I had been thrown out of most of the bars in town and told not to come back, I found one where I wasn't known and decided to go in for a beer...The bouncer stopped me at the front door and asked, "Hey boy, you got any guns on you?...

I answered no, and he told me, "Well here, you'd better take one of mine, that's a pretty rough crowd in there tonight"......Ben

Somewhere along the way I heard a trooper comment on those roadside sobriety tests. He said that not many sober people could pass them---they only wanted to see how badly you did at failing
