    Arrest warrant for Putin...

    Lock him up...
The court said there “are reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Putin bears individual criminal responsibility” for the alleged crimes, for having committed them directly alongside others, and for “his failure to exercise control properly over civilian and military subordinates who committed the acts.”
These are certainly not the only crimes he has committed, but it's a start...Now someone has to serve the warrant...Who?......Ben

Yes, if the reports we're hearing are true, Putin will not be warmongering for long.

If Putin ever ventures outside Russia, any signatory to the ICC treaty will arrest him.

So he'd be safe in the United States.

I don't mind if he pitches a tent in my back yard...Maybe by the treeline...He should exercise caution though as I understand falls from windows in Russian tents are common......Ben
