    Rib Eye: pan seared in butter with pepper and truffle salt then baked and served rare, Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced and cooked in a butter and fresh chopped garlic saute', potato with butter and sour cream

    By chance we were doing about the same last night. Porterhouse steaks warmed to room temperature then seared on both sides for 3 minutes each---and done. Served with brazed baby Bok-choi and 1/2 pound of baby portabella mushrooms with 3 Campari tomatoes sauteed in Irish butter.
