Even Salt Lake City is getting in on the weather

....they are expected to get a pretty good snow this afternoon and evening---might make the no longer great "puddle" a bit bigger.

Yeah, it's a good water year. All of our precip that doesn't go South goes into the Great Salt Lake. As it sits now, we've had snow on the ground all Winter - which we did not have for the last 5 years. If this trend continues for a few more years, we'll be able to top up lakes Powell and Mead (So Bo can water ski).

When I l was living there we didn't get a lot of snow in the valley. I lived tight up against the base of the mountains in Sandy---which was very often just below the snow line.
