    An objective look at 90 countries of the world's "conduct"

    The greatest challenge in doing business in many countries lies in an inability to "appreciate" the true cost of that business. I struggled with that reality for years. This list will help expose that reality. As I look at the score for Hungary, I have to wonder if pucker carlson will offer some deceitful excuse for his buddy.
