    Country Style pork ribs

So filling that I could not eat 2 of them

too damn good. Slow cooked some country style pork ribs in a Le Cruset smothered in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce served with Bourbon and Brown Sugar Grillin beans
Doggies got the fat trimmings as I ate

A cheap cut of meat that can deliver a huge amount of flavor if cooked right. Looks like you got that done.

Dem beans were cooked in LARD

At the current price of $2.49 a pound Country Style Ribs find their way into my cart on a somewhat frequent basis. I use the same sauce in the sugar free version. One of the only prepared sauces that I like.
