mccarthy wastes no time in defining his priorities

....and clearly it is not for you and me.

On Monday evening the new Republican-controlled House of Representatives passed a bill to cut funding for the Internal Revenue Service that the previous Congress included in the Inflation Reduction Act, funding intending to add workers to clear a big backlog of unprocessed returns, overhaul technology, and improve customer service. Republicans insist that funding the IRS will send bureaucrats to hassle ordinary Americans, but in fact, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has directed that none of the new resources will be used to increase audit rates for small businesses or households with an annual income below $400,000.
If the House measure were to become law—which it will not because the Senate will not pass it—it would add significantly to the deficit. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said that the Republicans’ bill would increase the deficit by nearly $115 billion over ten years.
Keep in mind mccarthy didn't do this alone----he had the help of a whole bunch of rinos. Good thing it is just for show---a damn bad show

In the end it won't matter because Biden will veto it.

Now that is funny, reminds me of some of the entertainment news you frequently speak about.

Biden will not have to veto it---it will die in the Senate---but that avoids the real issue of the rinos and their priorities.

Well that's good. It will clearly show the electorate who wants to spend that kind of money to drain The middle class even more than they do already. Sure they'll get some big boys but in the end it always ends up being paid by the working class.

No actually it's the old math. The United States of America has been robbing the middle of class forever. Inflation who pays the middle class, interest rates rise who pays the middle class and on and on and on.

The system is so effed up at this point that the solution is not more enforcement. It is scrapping the system entirely and establishing a flat tax.

If the rinos want to try to sell the blind faithful with trumped up BS excuses--go for it
