Probably ought to nominate someone who doesn't want the job. All the ones that I've ever seen that do want the job are corrupt. Doesn't mean they were not effective but someone who is willing to take this kind of humiliation in order to get the job has no principles at all beyond naked ambition

mccarthy keeps giving more concessions to this bunch of children and seems unable to see that he is pissing into the wind---the more he gives the more they demand----have you no pride, no limits?
It surely does give clear insights to how he might "manage" if he ever did get the chair-----he reminds me of a Slinky toy

I was just thinking about how maccarthy and his tormentors are acting here and relating that to chickens. Chickens can be brutal---even murderous. If a chicken gets picked at and starts to bleed it is all over unless they get rescued and isolated. The rest of the chickens literally will pick the "bleeder" to death.
At this point, the mental midgets have drawn blood on mccarthey---someone needs to pull him out of the pen before he is picked to death.
