Speaking of shrimp
I made salads tonight topped with shrimp. It could not be easier with an air fryer. I peeled the shrimp (wild caught jumbo----isn't that an oxymoron?) then mixed EVOO and soy sauce in a bowl and tossed the shrimp in the emulsion. Into the air fryer at 450 for about 4 min, flip them over and back in for about 3----and serve 
How is that for simple
