    full range of motion

    I went for a nice easy 90 minute bike ride today. It was so nice. This is the first ride since I got rear ended by a semi in my work vehicle 13 months ago that my neck was pain free and I have regained full range of motion. I can actually just rotate my head to check traffic over my shoulder instead of twisting my body.

    Oh and the scenery was so nice
