This morning's tartine:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 packet of Splenda, one cup of chopped fruit (strawberries, blackberries and blueberries) over one slice of double toasted multigrain bread, with Irish Breakfast tea.
Protein, healthy starch, fruit. Very satisfying.
Now, off to the gym. Elliptical, weights, core and some specific exercises to help my arthritic joints, then heated water massage table.
