I was shocked to find that there was no hood/fan above the oven, just a vent with a fart fan. It was absolutely useless for cooking smoke and heat removal. I ordered a Maxair 900 CFM vent and van to replace it. Took me 2 hours start to finish (helps to have rolls of eternabond tape and tubes of self leveling dicor laying around).

Nice. It probably works on exhausting heat as well as it does smoke.
