not my recipe but I gave it a go today and made tacos out of it... really good base to start with. I cut the red pepper in have for Ruth's pallet and instead of super slow in the crock pot I did high and 4 hours.

I'm going to play with the spices a bit but this was really good. I used the flat blade on the kitchen aid mixer to shred the pork and mix in the red sauce
