    pork in red sauce

    not my recipe but I gave it a go today and made tacos out of it... really good base to start with. I cut the red pepper in have for Ruth's pallet and instead of super slow in the crock pot I did high and 4 hours.

    I'm going to play with the spices a bit but this was really good. I used the flat blade on the kitchen aid mixer to shred the pork and mix in the red sauce

    We don’t do hot but the pulled pork sounds delicious

    the California peppers are seriously mild and by cutting way back on the red pepper you get flavor but no heat

    you could probably get by with BBQ Sauce instead of the red sauce though
