I haven't been able to ride or walk far since I got rear ended by a Semi last Oct. Its been a long rehab on my right Achilles tendon. The past two weeks it finally stopped hurting. Yesterday I walked 7 miles pain free so today I hopped on the road bicycle and headed out. The wind came up hard about 45 minutes into the ride. The last 7 miles was somewhat of a death march. Low gears, easy spin going slow wind gusts to 25 mph. But no pain, tired muscles but no pain. YAY! Ended up riding 25.4 miles
