ok it took me 5 loaves to get it to this point. This one is tasty and light. I could eat the whole damn thing in one sitting it's so tasty. I let it rise in and then baked it in a Dutch oven.

Wifey and I buy our Sourdough from the only place in Salt Lake City that has the tough (but chewy) sourdough like I used to eat on Fisherman's Wharf in San Franciso. It's at a local grocery chain called Harmon's.
Reminder to self: Order 25 loaves and freeze same. In my experience, good Sourdough freezes well.
