That is why I was a Back Country Telemark skier no lift lines no noise, untracked powder. Just needed avalanche beacons, ski poles that could double as avalanche probes and collapsible snow shovels, plus knowing how to dig a snow pit to evaluate the slope stability

Snowmobiling is my thing. I enjoy it, it's comfortable, and I think you can take in the vistas just as well as skiing without as much chance of injury.. That is not to criticize skiers because I can see where that would be really exhilarating.

Mad Skillz!!!!! I like it
I bought a swoop canopy last summer but am afraid to pack it...... Might try a high altitude hop and pop just to play around but dought i have the cajones to utilize it down low....
