    Made My Own Pizza

    Inspired partly by the fact you can't get pizza delivered in the boonies, partly by seeing Eric's pizza creations, and partly because I am sick of frozen pizza, I decided to try making it in-house.

    The first attempt last week was okay, but nothing to brag about. Tonight, I made the second attempt and it came out great!

    I didn't make my own crust, it was store bought. Maybe I'll try making it some day, but I remember my mother making it when I was a kid and I don't think I want to spend the time and effort.

    This one has:

    Pizza sauce from a jar - very light.
    Mozzarella Cheese
    Pepperoni
    Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage
    Fresh Bell Pepper
    Fresh Sweet Onion - going to try Red Onion next time.
    Sliced Black Olives
    Sliced Fresh White Mushrooms

    Baked in in a convection oven @475 degrees until I figured it looked done.

    Damn good eatin'!

    I use flatbread / lavash when making pizza at home. It's cheating but I don't care.
