    I generally only use oyster sauce in asian stir fry dishes.

    Re the fish sauce, to best evaluate the value of the fish sauce, taste your dish prior to adding the sauce and then about 5 minutes later when it is well incorporated. If you can still smell the aroma of fish at 5 minutes---let it "age" until there is no fish aroma detectable.

    My middle son gave me a bottle of this but I have to confess my palate is not sufficiently sophisticated to distinguish any difference---I will be back to Red Boat when this is done.
