    Whenever we go to the place in Rosarito Mx there is a lady that comes around each morning with 5 gallon buckets full. they are a staple.

    I wish we had one around here. We used to have a food truck come to the office called The tamale Queen. They were very good but they weren't as good as the ones I used to get from my friend Joe mancha. They were handmade and fresh everyday. They went away when he passed.

    My Grandma in El Paso made the husk-rolled Tamales. Man, they were so good.

    i have had really good tamales in ct. but it has been years, and i've heard the restaurant closed. there is nothing even close to good tamales near me
    it's time to change the air in my head
