One of my often used Brussel Sprout recipes is to cut them in half. Place them in a pan cut side up, pour on Balsamic vinegar and then EVO---into a 400 F oven until browned

T guy always seems to be cooking up something that looks delicious. Might consider me the odd man out including within my own family I just can't do brussel sprouts.
