Celebrated my oldest son's birthday tonight. He wanted a low country boil. So we had a fresh Gulf shrimp, snow crab legs along with the usual other ingredients including baby bellas. It turned out really good.

I like it, but my wife would love it. She gets by with the occasional nice fish meal here - which is not a cheap meal due to the need to airlift the fresh stuff in.
