Regional Medical Center in Fresno, Lovely place. Lots of armed cops, Its a trauma center. They bring all the GSW Bangers there. As you pull in in the ambulance you notice all the gang bangers hanging out in different parking lots from each other. Cops near the building. Metal detectors at the ambulance entrance. Its the only hospital I have ever been in where armed guards escort you from the time you get out of the rig (which you must lock up) then through the hospital to the patient room then back out to your rig which they check for unwanted passengers. Fresno sucks Its gang infested, It's also very Republican. go figure

I don't see the relevance of whether they're Republican or Democratic to the subject matter, but I did find what was posted interesting. From my very limited research it seems that Fresno county voted majority Democrat in the 2020 election.

My nephew is an Army doctor. They wanted him trained to help wounded soldiers, so they sent him to LA and Houston to deal with the worst mayhem possible. Then, they deployed him to Afghanistan. I find it amazing, that after seeing the results of human on human violence, he's the most serene and rational member of the family. My point is, even at the lowest level of man's greed and violence, there emerge heroes - people who fix and heal the results.
