Since it was not a fixed camera position (note the roving focal point) I suspect it was a training film...The poster, James LoFranco is the former mayor of South Blooming Grove, NY, a community incorporated as a measure against a growing Hasidic population in the surrounding area...Since the former mayor kept the title in his tagline, I suspect he has further political aspirations......Ben

Ahhh, good insight from Ben. Fooled me. I guess the incident was too “remarkable” to be real. I just figured that it had gotten zero public attention because the one shot was white.
