    Pasta Night

Making everything from scratch. The fettuccini noodles : Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for the dough then hooked up the pasta roller and noodle cutter to take it from a dough ball to noodles.

Fresh veggies to make the sauce

    The eating starts soon

Tried making pasta once. Learned that to have it be edible, buy it at the store.

Having said that - I love pasta. I make a batch of sauce every week and eat the excess in bits. Num. Lotsa garlic. Chunks of sausage are preferred.

I love pasta but it's a big No-No for me. Turns straight to sugar. My loss indeed.
