I figured we'd be the last one to do it

But surprisingly today Alabama legalized medical marijuana. All good by me but I didn't see that coming.

Yeah - Weed is doing better than I thought it would. I'm just wondering when the Feds'll join in. For, until they do, you can't put Weed on charge cards (etc.).

I don't expect Texas to legalize it in my lifetime.

Hunter’s personal accounting of the benefits of THC has helped clarify my thoughts on the subject.

    Times change...

Look at my youth.. adult men wore a coat and tie almost all of the time.. today school teachers go to work in shorts.. ( and not coaches).. military couldn’t go out of the gate without a tie.. today they are on TV in coveralls (flight suit).. wear dungarees in public.. times change..

Watch Ken Burns series on prohibition.. see how booze changed from before (men getting plastered drunk in saloons) to during (cocktail is speakeasies) to after, night clubs and laws controlling sale (age, hours) and taxing it.. good lessons..

    Times change..

Medical marijuana will not result in a syringe made from an eye dropper in ones arm..

Yeah, my friends, it's been interesting to watch states wheel out their Weed programs.

I remember an old adage saying the best way to control something is to entail your legal process includes it. We fought a losing war against drugs for decades, which didn't work. So now, we get tax money (a lot) from it.

Support for Weed laws may simply depend upon whether or not one thinks Weed is a gateway drug.
