    Yep the GOP is dead

    Not. It appears in one of the most liberal hotbeds of the country the GOP is making gains. Of course I realize this will fall sour on the ears of those who are so gleefully engaged in the idea that the GOP is dead. Soon-to-be two votes down in the House and a tiebreaker with the Vice President in the Senate the midterms can't get here quick enough. The wishful thinking of some of our detractors regarding the GOP might have to take a pause.

    Straw man. Who here said they were glad that the GOP is dead? I recall sorrow, not joy.

    Yeah, it's not pretty reading about Republicans or Democrats leaving their parties out of disappointment. I don't think it's widespread, but it does get our attention.

    Now, I wouldn't talk anyone out of switching, I think that's just a personal decision people need to make - on their own.
