    Minimum wage hike

    That COVID bill sure got larded up. One thing that got taken out is the minimum wage hike, which I was glad to see gone. I'm all for people making a living wage, but minimum wage laws only, in my opinion, raise the wage for people that can find a job at that wage. There are a lot of people that are not hired because the small business that might have employed them cannot afford to. So, great if you are employed, not so great if now you can't find a job.

    Should be a state rights issue. Federal government should be able to require wages for any workers on federal buildings above any state wage.
