    Hitler versus the Bronx

    Back during the Terrible devastating reign of Hitler many were required to raise their hand in the air and state Heil Hitler lest they suffer their death.
    It appears in the Bronx if you're a school teacher and you refuse to do a particular salute obviously you don't get killed you just get fired.

    How times change. The only black power salute I knew was the raised right fist. I liked Black Panther, the movie. Never associated the hokey arm gesture with anything more than silliness.

    I wonder what Angela Davis thinks of the new gesture? I'm sure she might respond with a singular one herself.
