Wow this is very interesting. Especially when you look at the engine parts how they relate in size to the house. Puts a really good perspective on how large these things are.

TFOA... Things Falling Off Aircraft... an inspection performed on Naval Aircraft.. Google it..
And with a catastrophic engine failure TFOA may be a minor issue..
My friend that is an Airline mechanic at said airport for another airline had this to say after viewing the engine on fire video
"That sucker completely let loose.........Yikes. If it were a warmer time of year I'd think they had swallowed a big bird of some sort. Paperwork from the engine shop has definitely been pulled."

And from the FAA
LAST YEAR
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new Airworthiness Directive (AD) for the General Electric GE90, that powers the Boeing 777.
This AD concerns the GE90-110B1 and GE90-115B; used on the B777-300ER – turbofan engines, with a certain interstage high-pressure turbine (HPT) rotor seal installed. Both engines can also be used on the 777-200LR and the 777F.
