I would like to try that I love mustard and I love Heat. I don't know if that would be too hot for me or not but I sure would try it.

I have not seen that but if I do I might give it a try.

My everyday mustard includes dry mustard powder in moderate amounts or Grey Poupon for cooking when part of a recipe and where my wife is going to join in the meal. When it will only be me, using it as a condiment, I rely on my own concoctions, which use a base of Coleman's dry mustard mixed with either my own fresh dug and ground horseradish and/or Wasabi powder. Another base is made with S&B Oriental Dry Mustard.

I can vary the heat of them by the liquid I use---which includes: water, white wine, beer, and 1/2 and 1/2. The most harsh will use water and the smoothest 1/2 and 1/2.

More assertive than my mustards is my own horseradish as the primary ingredient with mustard and/or wasabi powders added---fantastic on beef or ham.

Key to these dry powder bases is to give them time to develop their full flavor profile---I try to allow at least an hour.

Added in edit: Amazon carries that mustard
