Been hearing this for some time but now but sounds like maybe real now.

Oh, he did it, all right. The state leaders are about ready to launch investigations. You can expect a federal investigation as well.
But obstruction, while it may be what gets him legally convicted, is the least of his issues. He put COVID patients back into an environment almost guaranteed to kill senior citizens. And I say "he" because he did this by Executive Order: Nursing home residents who went to the hospital HAD to be discharged back to the nursing home after symptoms abated, nursing homes HAD to take them and they COULD NOT be tested for COVID before release back to their nursing home. Then, when it all goes pear-shaped, hide the data that shows how badly he messed up. Thousands of needless deaths.
The law is the least of his worries. There is a higher reckoning waiting for him. My Mom is in her 80s and not in a nursing home, thank God. Cuomo tossed her age group off the lifeboat. Nobody valued them because they were old. It was a moral crime if not a legal one.
