Glad to hear you are recovering. I'd be interested to hear about the symptoms you experienced.....

9 days in a Hospital would drive me crazy.

9 days in the hospital might kill me even without being sick!

Sorry I couldn't tell y'all he was in the hospital, but you just don't put that kind of info on the open internet. Bad guys use it to decide which house to burglarize.

Nine days - sounds like a mighty close call. I'm just glad you could find a bed. Good to see you back.

It's outstanding to see you back, Ben. Zero worries sounds good to me.

I was in for 28 days for the first stay with my leg----and damn glad to be there!

I'm pretty sure it didn't kill me, jury still out on stronger...I can't evaluate myself on an ongoing basis but by the day, I feel slightly better than yesterday...I think it will come out OK...Waiting now for homemade pancakes......Ben

May i make a suggestion ? . Of course I can, this is the internet and no one is here to stop me. Just go outside , crank up the diesel . then walk around to the back and get a real good whiff of the exhaust. The smell of diesel will cure anything that ails ya.

I must add , I am not a Doctor but I have spent the night in a Holliday Inn Express at one time. NOTE : The hotel being the " Express " also gives me the right to make statements without `giving time for careful consideration of what I am typing.

I suppose I shouldn't complain about anything if this young lady of faith can come back to her duties after Covid at the age of 117...I'll have to defer the wine drinking to her though......Ben

    I saw that this morning

But, more close to home, I pray that you are continuing to regain your strength.

I have up and down days, but I see a general improvement over time...I still confine myself to home until I'm able to go extended periods without oxygen...I have a lot of help when needed, friends checking in daily...My new tenant is a big help too, for instance taking the garbage to the curb this morning...Right now I'm spending a lot of time listing and selling my unused photography equipment on Craigslist so I can have a fund from which to pay the hospital bill whenever it comes in......Ben

I can't imagine you will have much of a bill Ben---medicare covers most everything in my experience.
