...and, here is last night's dinner. Green bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, garlic, sliced mushrooms, jalapenos (split and seeds removed in respect for my wife), Italian seasoning, EVO, Italian garlic sausage, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, with brown rice on the side. I made the rice with the last of the turkey broth from the Thanksgiving Day turkey carcass, plus soy sauce, Worchester sauce and fish sauce.
350 F for about 45 minutes

The secret---first, I just use store bought white bread---it is the only time that it comes in the house.
Apply liberal amounts of good butter on each piece of bread and put in at least 3 types of cheese slices--my normal ones are White American, Provolone, Emmental, Swiss, Gouda and Muenster. I can't get too exotic with them. That's it!
