Cheap theater
You can't help but laugh at this display of human cerebral "mush".
I'm trying to find out who the cute blonde was that was picked to help divert attention from the clown at the podium---but she couldn't keep the smile off her face as rudy stomped and stammered---she is likely "available for work" today 
I have to give old rudy credit---he has managed to go from "America's Mayor" to trump's court jester
