    Best quote in the news:
America has said, 'You're fired,' to Trump
    Another:
According to CNN, Trump reportedly has not prepared a concession speech and “in conversations with allies in recent days has said he has no intention of conceding the election.” The decision to go full delusional has obviously been strengthened by staffers, such as Mark Meadows, who “have not attempted to come to terms with the president about the reality of what is happening” and have instead fed into his claims of fraud; Vice President Mike Pence, who’s been soliciting money for a legal defense fund; and his adult children, who’ve been spouting absurd conspiracy theories on Twitter as they watch the ultimate opportunity for nepotism slip away. While Trump has apparently admitted to some people that he knows the electoral math has no chance of working out in his favor, he has “maintained that a prolonged court battle and corrosive rhetoric about election fraud would sow enough doubt to allow him to refuse to accept the results.”

And while the majority of the president’s inner circle is more than happy to go along with this sad alternative reality, a few members have reportedly grown worried that, eventually, someone will have to sit Trump down and explain that little Donny’s not going to be president anymore—and at this point, it seems unlikely anyone will be able to get through to him short of slapping him across the face and screaming, “YOU LOST! IT’S OVER!”
    There's nothing sadder than a one-termer.

Its not Biden I'm concerned about. He's an ineffective dolt.

My concern is Harris. If she makes it to president we are screwed.

I am more optimistic about what Biden might accomplish. First, he is a pragmatist and he has been in this barnyard before---and that comes with good and bad, but in this case I think that is a positive thing. I believe he will be less of a dolt than you expect.

As for the VP---keep in mind that at this point, the Senate remains in Republican control---there is not a lot going to happen legislatively that bows to the luny left as long as that is the case. We will see how that plays out in 2 years after the next election cycle.

That said, I saw an article this morning regarding Elizabeth Warren as possibly being the Sect. of the Treasury---I hope that is wishful thinking from the luny left. However, the realist in me expects they will press for their inclusion.

Joe has never done anything constructive in his looong life in politics, so why would anyone hold out hope now? The skank behind him is a cackling horror story from the pits of hell, so you can’t even wish for his death or the disability he is rapidly approaching.

I wonder what Hunter will be running? Maybe the Food & Drug Administration to put his experience to use.

It'd be funny if he offered a few positions to rep senate people and did the your fired after a few weeks. Wonder if Mitch and Lindsey would take the job?

    Speaking of Linsey

Years ago he was pretty high on my list and Mike made a comment expressing a much different opinion. At the time I did not question it or try to better understand the reason for Mike's comment---but I also never forgot it. Today, I have to say that Mike was far more insightful to the true nature of Lindsey than I was---it turns out he is just another scum bag in trump's mold
