They just made a lot of firearms dealers happier...I go to Wal Mart 4 times a year for prescriptions and even then only because they are the only source for low priced insulin...Other than that, I don't like the place......Ben

If I wasn't well equipped with a couple of lifetime supplies, this Walmart thing could be a problem for me.

Our local gun store is owned by an extremely greedy person who was swirling the bowl until this. Everything is wildly overpriced. I tried to get them to come down to suggested retail on a scope, and they just laughed and said someone would buy it. I bought it from Cameraland in NYC for well below retail

And their sales staff are morons when it comes to guns and ammo. They would starve in the precious metals biz.

I am not above starving out the competition......

My exorbitant and bloated profits from my original precious metals gig are now being laundered into a different kind of precious metal, namely blued steel......Ben

They reasoned that this move was to keep the D’rat looters from stocking up on Walmart’s guns as they pillage their stores in Blue City riots. They went on to say that customers can still place their orders for guns and pick them up. What they did not say is if the guns & ammo removed from shelves is merely moved to storage on site. If it is, then my view of video from the D’rat Riots is of the looters having free reign of the entirety of the stores they loot, including, I think, the rear areas too. The mob is vicious but not necessarily stupid, as they showed in quickly & systematically blowing up and looting at least 18 ATMs in Philadelphia this week. This announcement will serve to inform them where to look. I’ll wager some of the looters have even worked there.

Do they have to have secure storage to comply with their ffl?

I believe it was in response to threats of lawsuits by lefty lawyers.

I have to believe they took a lot of heat over their decision.

Where will the peaceful protesters get their ammo without them?
