Another news site loses a viewer, thanks to google . I usually looked through the Daily Caller site to see what they had for information. Today , they have started having google ads pop up in the news feed . It is damn near impossible to remove them. there is no boxed x to click so you have to exit the site three times before the ad is no longer visable. i've had enough of that.
On to less intrusive sites.
Individual rights are protected only as long as they don't conflict with the desires of the state .

You could try installing a browser that blocks ads.

Add me to that Amen---Google has far too much value to me to be put off with a bad habit---especially when I can manage it
There was a time when my most valuable tools were on an entire wall of my office which was covered by technical books. I still have the books, but most are now in boxes in a storage room. I can do far more with Dr. Google and my cell phone.
I guess, in the interest of full disclosure, I need to add that Google is also a major client

Google is evil. They track you and sell the info unless you jump through hoops to delete the personal info, if you believe that, which is One way how advertisers find you.
DuckDuckGo, just as good with no tracking.

Add my ditto...I use both Ad Blocker and Ad Blocker Plus simultaneously...I never see an ad...Works for those annoying YouTube video ads also...Even the "Free With Ads" YouTube movies just run straight through for me......Ben
