I like the rules of the debate much better than the last one. I guess if I'm being totally objective I would rule it a draw. We'll see what's real or what's not about Biden's son in the days to come.

Adderall is one of the most abused prescription medicines on college campuses. The effect of it on many people is that it gives you the ability to focus and for a time while you're under its influence can make you sharp as a tack. It is addictive.
