    Virtual Debate

    From the WSJ:

Trump Says He Won’t Participate in Virtual Debate
The Commission for Presidential Debates said the second meeting between President Trump and Joe Biden on Oct. 15 would be held virtually. However, Mr. Trump, who tested positive for Covid-19, said he wouldn’t participate.
After his poor performance on the last one this might be the smartest move he could make.

Yeah, I can see it now... Biden in front of a tv camera with all his aides just off camera feeding him the questions and answers. Makes a lot of sense to participate inn such a farce....not.

Maybe not debating is a wise move.. (just verbalized in an un professional manner).. maybe he is listening to his advisors..

I have three close associates who have caught the virus but not needed hospitalization.. all three have suffered from difficulties problem solving or making sound decisions afterwards for a few weeks..

One associate, a cousin was “pulled aside” and counciled by a trusted friend who she began discussing business decisions with for a short period..

The other two are husband and wife and they are still “in a fog” .. and won’t accept help from anyone.. they are upset with everything and everyone.. phone company, grocery store, gas station.. and all of the issues are WCSW (who cares, so what) also have lost the ability to plan ahead.. example: go to Walmart for tooth paste because they are out, none in house.. next day back to Walmart for mouthwash because they are out, none in house..

These issues are things that happen to 70 somethings who catch the virus.. not a fault..

My thoughts go to the last election when he pulled out of one of the debates and played his own tune with a made for TV veterans group which raised a lot of money---which the trumper put in his own kitty until people started asking were it went to----what a guy

It looks to me like he is throwing in the towell. I don't know what more he can do to lose at this point.

His "poll numbers" are actually close to the same, if not a little higher" than they were at this point in 2016. He's not throwing in anything. He is not a normal politician, and does not do normal politician things. It's one of the things people like about him.

And yet another reason Trump should not do this debate.... this moderator is in no way shape or form unbiased. Worse than Chris Wallace....

I hate to break it to you boys, but you better start coming to terms with a President Biden.

Trump has done about all he can do for Biden at this point. And if he loses, it will be his fault not mine. I could have done a better job with this campaign.

We'll never have a President Biden. He might get elected, but it will be President Harris. They'll send Joe off to a home immediately

Don't doubt you at all even the President said today all this BS Pelosi is spouting about the 25th amendment is not about him, instead it's about Biden so they can remove him and have an ultra left President. That would make Mr. O real happy he is real chummy with Harris' brother and Harris herself.
