Looks like they have moved the projected impact a bit further west that the original guess . At this time , we are on the western edge of the cone after it has covered the full length of LA. So most likely will only get a bit of rain. Those people on the coast are in for another beating. This is getting old.
Individual rights are protected only as long as they don't conflict with the desires of the state .
