the smoke cleared so I went out for a bike ride. Now mind you this is the first ride in over a month and during that time I have only been doing weight lifting. I set out to do 15-20 miles max...then I turned up mines canyon, and did a nice 6 mile grade. I came back down and instead of heading home I figured whats an extra few miles? lets do 20...well that 20 turned into a hard 30. My legs shoulders back, you name it are all sore. I passed out in the hammock after a post ride beer.
