    Labor day fare

Going southern traditional. Big Green Egg apple wood smoked St Louis style ribs, homemade baked beans covered in bacon, homemade potato salad, deviled eggs, cucumber and tomato salad and rolls. Looking forward to it later.

Thin sliced teriyaki marinated pork loin sauteed with diced habaneros over a chopped green salad with light balsamic dressing.

I’m guessing there was a misspelling of “salsa rosa,” I’d never heard of either. Looking it up, I came up with recipes for a creamy sauce with a bit of kick. Interesting...
    Is that correct, Phil?

It's a bastardized version or a Rosa Vodka sauce that I pull together.... I don't typically follow receipts. Especially when I'm not motivated to go to the grocery and trying to make do with what I have in the pantry. I also don't worry about how it will turn out when only cooking for myself (my opportunity to experiment). This batch was good but a little too much garlic...
