    Bone in, dry aged, Rib Eye, pan seared on the outside warm but the rare side of medium rare on the inside is my favorite. Haps in Pleasanton does a 24 ouncer that Ruth and I split ( and still take a good bit home with us) with caramelized onions in a port reduction that is to die for.
