Joe’s Plagiarized Himself In His Convention Acceptance Speech

Same tired old bromides & platitudes he dished in 2008 with a few changed words some of which he filched from Canadian Prime Minister Jack Layton then, the promises contained 12 years ago still having gone unfulfilled after eight years of control of all branches sometime and most the rest of the time, and which he repeated with a straight face this week.

Pretty easy to be comfortable and on cruise control with old speeches.

    See for yourself —

We all must wonder if he is going to pay his speech writer again for the same speech?

Interesting to note the difference of the vigorous fool of 2008 from the old fool of today in the comparative videos.

Convention attendees enjoyed Biden's speech. If others did not - oh well.

The Republicans promised an upbeat convention, but didn't tell Trump - who delivered a message of despair.

I think voters, faced with supporting a successful Biden rather than a beaten Trump, will go with Biden. And, our country will go on to tackle Covid and the economy.

I’m sure Trump’s message that we are coming out of the Chi-Com Pandemic in a V-recovery and next year under his leadership will mimic his first three years is “a message of despair” to all you Trump haters who pine for misery that you can attribute to the President. I hear you.

“successful Biden?” Please name one success with his name attached? Oh, yes, there’s the Biden Bill...oh, there is no Biden Bill after umpty jillion years in the senate. Sorry, I forgot.

He does have some personal successes though. He is onto his second old DuPont Estate that he somehow has managed to obtain on a politician and school teacher’s salaries. Pretty nifty.

Nope. Trump's sad "leadership" will end when Americans eject him from the White House.

Biden's issues? They don't worry me, or need my defense.

Can’t help but notice you did not take me up on informing us of ANY success attributable to Mr. Biden that you touted.
For the life of me I cannot think of a single one that benefited his constituents, plenty that benefitted him personally though. I stand to be informed.

He has been pretty much a fast talker and groper. Does not talk so fast these days, and when he does I feel for him, I seen this before in my life and it will not end well, it's just a matter of time.

Where did you get that quote from me...certainly not from this thread because I can’t hear any successes of Biden you offered in response to my challenge, because you didn’t offer any.

C’mon, man...surely he has done something sometime worth mentioning.
I took the initiative and queried “Joe Biden’s Accomplishments” for you. This is the first thing that came up —

Biden winning the election will say far more than I ever can. So, I'll let America's voters speak. The question is: Will you listen to the results of Democracy?

Of course I will. What do you think I would do, riot in the streets burning and looting and pulling down statues like some godforsaken Lefty?
You have to remember about now that Hillary and her bunch demanded last election to know if Trump would “listen to the results of Democracy” only to show for four years that she and they would not when she lost. How ironic & hypocritical that!

Now the same nitwits are saying it will take the military to remove Trump if he loses! Idiots.

Biden winning the election will mean the end of America as we know it and have known it for all of our lives. I really hope that doesn't happen.
