Well 3 days, 2400 miles and I am back home. A bit tired but the rig was a dream to drive. I highly recommend Rancho 9000XL adjustable shocks. I put them on before this trip and they took all the jarring out of the bumps on I80 Had the fronts at #7 on the settings and the rears at #9 Bed load was 4600 pounds, 1150 pound trailer tongue weight, in total the rig scales at 17500 pounds and is 46 feet long

Sounds like a successful trip to me.

    That's a LOT of trailer.

What air pressure are you running front and rear?

Well I can see how those shocks would help out running that pressure. Of course you need that pressure in that kind of rig.

That is easily the ugliest abomination of a Ford truck that I have ever seen!

A buddy of mine has a 5th wheel horse trailer with a sleeping quarter...real nice rig but I bet it could get stinky sleeping with the horses.

Nobody sleeps in a Living Quarters horse trailer with the horses still in the trailer. They are either in a barn , Corral, High lined or hobbled. And the stall area has had all the shavings that had poop or pee hit them removed...
