    It has already worked on the political side by smoking out the top Democrat poseurs who now have vowed to attack in court measures to help those suffering from economic effects of the Chi-Com Flu, and who are otherwise those they continuously say they want to help.

    What Joe said and also it depends on whether the funds he is going to use have been appropriated in a fashion that would allow the executive to use them.

    The evening MSM news is always going to do backflips to find the downside of anything President Trump does even if it is the first time in history they have found any serious problem with funds for SS or Medicare running out. It’s the way they roll.
